Coeur de Boeuf
The Coeur de Boeuf is a large heirloom tomato with a fresh, healthy flavor that is perfect for carpaccio, soups, sauces and oven dishes.
San Marzano
This authentic heirloom tomato has a nice oblong shape and very little juice, making this variety particularly suitable for soups, sandwiches and toppings.
Frieda
Frieda is no ordinary tomato. With her deep red color, exotic shape and bright green crown, she is ready for any culinary adventure. Whether you want to grill, roast, puree or even try a savory ice cream, Frieda does it all. She sticks to her twig even after the campfire — ideal for tapas!
